Abandon improvement, Above It all, Das Ist Genau is a project led by Anna Papathanasiou and Harriet Gillies. It explores the fact that the internet is an increasingly visual space and it has power as an engine of visual culture that is reforming; media literacy, the way art is produced and the capacity to engage with live performance through the smartphones in our pockets. DAS IST GENAU explores how different communication media affect society by creating a mass of IRL and URL performances that are brought in and out of reality and the internet, proliferating in virtual space.
